Reservation
At least 3 hours are recommended for advance reservations prior to your arrival are required to ensure availability of your preferred date, time, treatment or package, how many persons for the treatment, single or double bed room requirement.
Hapa provides you with all the equipment you need for the whole program like slippers, wardrobe, towels, amenity kit, shower set, and disposable underwear or shower cap or massage cap.
Refreshments Complimentary
Before your treatment hot or cold tea will be served.
If you purchase the package, after your treatment hot tea and fruits yogurt will be served or if you select the treatment longer than 3 hrs, we can serve the hot tea and fruits yogurt during the period.
Arrival
In order to ensure total relaxation, we recommend you arrive at Hapa at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you to prepare yourself for your total well-being experience. All treatment times are started to calculate when you enter to the room.
Late Arrival
Please note that late arrival will be subject to time deduction if there is another client scheduled immediately after you.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with at least 3 hours notice is required to help us reschedule your appointment or to give others a chance to enjoy our treatments.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates for spa treatments and services are available for purchase.
Payment
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted only for normal price programs.
For promotional packages or membership, A Visa or American Express are charged 7% Tax.
Refund
Spa treatments and spa memberships are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated.
Spa Protocol
We kindly request that mobile phones be turned to silent mode and that noise be kept to a minimum to allow all guests to enjoy the serenity of the spa. Smoking and consumption of alcohol in the spa is not allowed, but we provide resting area for smoking outside the spa.
Special Considerations
Before undertaking spa treatments, please consult your health practitioner if you have any medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart condition or any other medical complication. Guests are asked to complete a health questionnaire. Please advise reception if you have any health issues or concerns.
Valuables
The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises. Money and valuables may be placed in secure locker with key provided in each treatment room; however we recommend that no jewelry be worn in the spa.
Extra Time
Extra time is charged at Baht 200 for each 10 minutes or part thereof. Please let us know in advance if you require extra showering or changing time so that we may reserve your room in advance.
